Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is Eli Lilly's established weekly injection, dual GIP/GLP-1 action, with trial weight-loss figures around 20%+. Foundayo (orforglipron) is the same company's daily tablet, newer to market, with trial figures around 12 to 14% at the highest dose.
